In an interview on the occasion of the International day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, the 21st of March, ARDI co-president Evin Incir spoke about the barriers to diversity in the workplace. The newshound is the in-house publication of the European Parliament. Within the parliament and the other European institutions there is a lack of diversity and a push to address this in a more timely and concrete manner.
